Søren has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Software Development, Consultancy, agile transformations, and Implementation of complex software systems. Søren’s passion is to create value for our clients through optimization the way we work.
Søren is disciplined in both CMMI and agile methodologies and has a keen eye on process improvement. Søren has strong people skills and has a win-win mindset making him the ideal partner in challenging conditions.
Søren started as a Developer and IT architect but has in more than 15 years worked with people in various positions ranging from project manager over agile coach to Director. Lately Søren held a role as Interim IT Director for one of our clients.

Ediz is able to work in complex settings and has successfully delivered major strategic projects/programs. Ediz has carried out large-scale complex organizational transformations, including agile transformation.
Ediz has held several CxO level positions in his career and is able to advice or execute on top management level for our clients.
